We all come to crossroads in our lives and for me fortunately and unfortunately (depending how you look at things) I tend to look at things in a different way then most people. I used to think it was a curse but now I realize it’s my gift.
I love recreating – creating something out of nothing – exploring possibilities – challenging myself and others.
I am a life long learner, an explorer, a researcher, a creative, an entrepreneur.
Our life will be changing dramatically in the next 6 months. Our youngest child will be graduating high school, we will be moving to Youngsville. This move was decided so that we could be closer to our kids and grandkids. That we could be more present in their lives.
But in making that decision I’ve also had to make another decision and this is to give up my partnership with The French Door.
My goal in partnering with Kathy in The French Door was 2 fold – we both wanted to join in the dream of revitalizing downtown Franklin. We also wanted to create a beautiful shopping experience that when you entered the space you would feel like you were walking back in time. Our tagline at The French Door is – A place to shop, create and escape – and we have been very successful in doing that.
Now that I will be moving on, I have the opportunity to use my creativity in other ways.
I’ll be posting here at Inspired To Restore again. This will be one of my creative ways to share what I’m working on. At the moment we are in the process of building a new home. I will be sharing that process here. I’ll also share about places I’ve explored and have yet to explore. And last but not least share inspiration with you because I love to be inspired! It’s what keeps me going. I love when people realize their dreams and goals and if I can be a part of that in any way I will.
I will also be “playing” more in my Photography business. I love learning and have saved so many things on my computer to read about and videos to watch by people who inspire me!
So I have redesigned my Photography Website, I’m just in the beginning stages with that, learning as I go along. You can check it out at http://www.debbietibbsphotography.com/
Thank you so much for following my journey.
If you are reading this, please know that I appreciate you!
